Grooming shouldn't feel like a vet visit.
Most grooming salons run on volume — 8 to 12 dogs a day, crated between steps, dried by hot caged blasters. We do two. Sometimes three. That's it.
No cage drying, ever
All dogs will be hand-dried with our professional blower and combed through to check their skin condition thoroughly.
Rest breaks built in
If your dog gets uncomfortable, we pause. Not a sales call — a real policy.
Video clips available on request
For first-time visits or anxious dogs, short video clips will be provided to show how they are doing during the routine.
We tell you about anything we find
Lumps, hot spots, irritated paws, ear changes — flagged with photos, sent to you right away.
